One tip for the ingredient list on asian groceries.  French was the colonial
language for much of southeast asia.  Therefore, sometimes the ingredient
lists are better spelled out in french than in english.
 
For example, I have often found the ingredients for rice noodles and egg
roll wrappers listed in english as "flour, water" making one think they are
made from wheat.  However, if you look at the ingredients in french they are
listed as, "farine de riz, eau", which translates as, "rice flour, water".
Just a little tip I thought I'd pass along.
