<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I was with a group of individuals who were all gluten intolerant today, and the question came up, did we have low blood pressure? All five of us did. Now, I know that our veins and muscles are made of smooth muscle tissue. I know that muscle weakness is a hallmark of CD/gluten intolerance. I wonder if the "therefore" of the argument is true: therefore, our circulatory system is not working efficiently, due to muscle weakness, & our arteries are not pumping effectively, and as a result we have low blood pressure. What is the truth of that statement? I'm willing to take a poll. Please respond to me privately, & I'll post the results. I need to know if you are confirmed gluten intolerant. If you are not confirmed, pls let me know & I'll compile those results separately. So, what are you: Low, Normal, or High blood pressure? Bec [log in to unmask]
