<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I have it on film - me eating a Big Mac in Stockholm. I had several during my vacation in Sweden. All on a gluten-free bun, close to the real thing and at the same price. In other restaurants, waiters were very accommodating and knew what I was talking about, and FinnAir was fabulous. They fed me a sandwich on real g-f bread as well as a mock rye cracker and cheese. Helsinki also had a big supply of g-f foods at the large department store food counter. I stocked up on bread, crackers, cookies and muesli. All in all travelling in Sweden and Helsinki was really easy for a celiac. Thanks to Katriina Mdkinen for her tips.
