I'm slowly learning that my head will be much clearer later to explore the first question, and that I need to start offsetting symptoms as soon as possible. Lately, I've gotten the [almost] dry heaves the morning after ingesting gluten. This prompts me to ask if anyone has had success with inducing vomiting at any early signs of gluten contamination.
