A recent posting (misplaced by me) cautioned that Boar's Head lunch
meats contained gluten. The nutrition information person at the
company, 1-800-352-6277, claimed that their products were GF except for
one that has vinegar (to which they knew of objection by some celiacs)
and one with caramel (where the supplier has not verified its GF
status). Hydrolyzed vegetable protein is said to be derived only from
soy and to be GF, and "flavoring" is not identified but is claimed to
be GF. Does anyone have any contrary evidence?
