Hi -

Is there any organized effort being made to educate the people who run 
the banquet services in hotels?  I just got off the phone with a banquet 
manager at a major hotel chain (I have to eat lunch at a seminar there 
tomorrow) and he knew absolutely nothing about gluten.  Not a single 
thing.  Eventually, I think we reached an agreement about a gluten free 
lunch, but it was discouraging to find he had never encountered the 
topic before.
