Hello Listmates,

My friend's husband was just tested for Celiac with the results shown below.  We're are having a hard time deciphering the results.  Was the complete panel done?  Also, in the 13 years since my daughter was diagnosed, I understand the tests have become more refined and accurate.  Would you still advise that he have the endoscopy?  Thank you so much for your help...

Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) has been identified as the
endomysial antigen. Studies have demonstrated that endomysial IgA
antibodies have over 99% specificity for gluten sensitive enteropathy.
 
Immunoglobulin A, QN, Serum  (Patient's value 313) Range should be 70-400mg/dL
