<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Greetings, Happiness and Joy, I feel fortunate that I am one of you, who knows we have celiac. We have a mission to make the most of this knowledge and to help others. That is why the meeting will not be the same if you are not there. Reminder for our next support group meeting: Tuesday night - December 20 at Group Health Hospital in Redmond, WA. Topic: Social - Visit One-on-One - and - - COOKIE EXCHANGE - -. Bringing cookies (or other treat) is not required. For those who want to exchange, we will have an exchange table. Format is that individuals would exchange for like quantity. Two-dozen cookies are a large quantity. Please prepare at least one printout of the recipe and ingredients. One idea that works great is to pre-bag in sandwich bags a couple of each with recipe inside. Bring your own carry out box or bag to haul home. (We do not plan to eat on the exchange goodies.) We will have treats for social time. This is casual as usual, thus come and go as you need. We just like staying in touch with you and knowing how you are doing. Again - our purpose is to become good health-food managers. Tips, fun, and friends are a big help.
