Besides the tomato probiotic beverage Roy recently posted about, there's
another alternative to dairy milk probiotic beverages.  It's called "water
kefir."  I put my kefir grains in apple juice or grape juice.  It makes a
delicious drink, tastes like Martinelli's cider.
