These books were a labor of love and I am proud of the results. My goal was to help celiacs realize that maintaining a gluten-free diet does not mean you have to give up your favorite foods; you just have to make them a little differently now. I think I have accomplished this.” -Connie Sarros ABOUT THE COOKBOOKS: The complete nutritional breakdown is listed for each recipe in all four books. · All ingredients are gluten-free. · Every recipe has been kitchen tested. · Most ingredients may be purchased at a regular grocery store. · All four cookbooks contain the same Gluten-free Flour Mixture; this mixture is used in most recipes requiring flour. CONNie’s gluten-free Cookbooks include: · Wheat-Free Gluten-Free Dessert Cookbook · Wheat-Free Gluten-Free Reduced Calorie Cookbook · Wheat-free Gluten-free Cookbook for Kids and Busy Adults · Wheat-free Gluten-free Recipes for Special Diet ~Melonie (R.O.C.K. leader for NoVa/Metro DC Chapter) & Owner of SillyYaks (www.groups.yahoo.com/group/SillyYaks) "Do not follow where the path may lead.
