<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Thanks to all of you who responded to my question. The vast majority of responses suggested "Amy's" pasta some refered to it as "Amy's Kitchen" alot of people liked the mac and cheese. One person warned me about Amy's because the company doesn't use a dedicated line. Several people mentioned Indian and Thai meals @ www.thaikitchen.com, a couple people mentioned canned spaghetti @ gluten free pantry. Then there were those who kindly suggested that I do my own thing and make my own meals and freeze them. Pastas that were suggested are as follows: Ancient, harvest brand, Quinoa, Biaglut, prebake deboyles lasagna noodles and the most popular, tinkyada pasta. One individual buys rice pasta in bulk called "Pasariso" from Ontario Canada. One suggestion was to check out some Weight Watcher's meals. Thanks again for your help. * Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
