<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Thanks to everyone who responded and they were many. I usually make everything from scratch but there are times when I need something in a pinch. Someone did mention making my own tv dinners and freezing them, which is something I will consider. I may even try making my own chicken nuggets, if I can find a good tasty recipe for the oven. Everyone who responded say that Whole Foods Markets or Wild Oats have frozen dinners. The companies that make them are: Amy's--Frozen Enchiladas, Macaroni and Cheese, Shepards Pie, Tamale Pie, to name a few. Their GF items are clearly marked on the packages. Taj Gourmet--Many of their frozen items are Gf (I think they have about 6 or 8 different ones.), and are also marked GF on the packages. Thai Kitchen--Really good frozen Thai meals. Cascadian Farms--Some of their Veggie Rice blends, and one of their skillet dinners. GF, well marked boxes, too. 365 Everyday Brand (From Whole Foods Market)--Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Flautas, Cheese Enchiladas. Frozen Chicken Nuggets: Yorkshire Farms Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets. I found mine at Whole Foods. 3.99 for a 1 lb bag. Really tasty, easy to cook (I did mine in the toaster oven.) Simone, NH
