Dear Listmates,

I too am disappointed that Duncan Hines has changed their Creamy
Home-Style vanilla frosting to include malt syrup.  I decided to send
them a very polite email explaining how much my Celiac daughter has
enjoyed their frosting and how disappointed she is that she cannot eat
it anymore.  I also mentioned that there are 1 in 150-250 Celiacs in the
USA.  Maybe a bunch of sad (and polite) emails from former customers
