Argh!  I totally have felt like barfing since Saturday evening after
eating a sandwich made with two slices of GF rice bread.  This makes the
second time I've gotten really sick for several days since going GF.
Both times was after eating baked goods leavened with yeast.  I have,
however eaten baked goods containing xanthan gum & leavened with baking
powder with no problem at all.  I know for sure now, I'm yeast sensitive.
 This is really a big disappointment to me because that Kinick-Kinick
bread was REALLY delicious.  Does anyone know how to make a decent GF
sandwich bread without yeast?  ~Valerie in Tacoma, WA
