Following is an excerpt from the response I received from Continental
regarding a gluten-laden "gluten-free" meal as well as an unannounced flight
change:

...She did file your complaints regarding the gluten free meal problem and the
changes in the flight schedule you were unaware of.

...  We are very concerned with our special meals not being correct.  We will
make sure that our Dining Services follow through and make necessary
corrections.
