Perhaps that was this doctor's personal interpretation of the test results OR his way of saying that your parents don't have CD? Who knows? If I were you, I think I'd be inclined to ask your parents to request copies of the lab results & get someone else who is more knowleagable to evaluate them for you. Celiac disease can be diagnosed with blood tests now days. The anti-endomysial antibody is 99% predictive. And EnteroLab's stool tests are supposed to be even more accurate & sensitive.
