The packs look good IMO however I have not found much evidence that glutathione enters the blood intact...unless one hass engaged in quite a bit of grain consumption which can lead to permeable gut situations. Providing the raw materials (cysteine, glutamine etc.) and consuming products like alpha lipoic acid (a fat and water soluble antioxidant which increases the production of GLU) SAME, and milk thistle among others have excellent science behind them. This is also another benefit of animal proteins VS plant proteins, the former being much richer sources of sulpher cmino acids which are important for this process.
