GF bread usually on Mon, Wed & Fri. There are gf bakeries opening up all the time. GF sausages are sometimes available from Coles. Chicken shops good source of gf food. Leonards good example. They have range of naturally gf such as chicken sausages but be careful of sauces and seasonings. Leonards will also prepare gf versions of most of their products with a few hours notice (using rice crumbs instead of bread crumbs etc.) Warning re product labels. Right now, if any ingredient is less than 10% of the total then the manufacturer does not have to list it. The law has been changed but it will take up to 2 yrs for the label change. Not many products are listed gf due to heavy fines for manufacturers who list as gf but may have a contamination problem etc. In Tasmania, shop for gf food at Woolworths supermarkets in Hobart and Launceston..check Coeliac Society above for local name for Woolworths stores. Stock up there as it is difficult to find gf food outside those towns. Most supermarkets carry gf food but you'll have to hunt for it i.e. read labels.
