A while back, I apologize for my tardiness!  I posted the question
regarding what vitamins I should watch out for, and possibly take
supplements for.  I recieved many posts, all of which are gone into
never never land, as I had to reformat my hard drive.  Anyways.  The
basics that I can recall are to make sure to get enough Calcium, Vit.
D.  Vit. C, Magnesium, and Vit. B's especially B12.  And not to take the
fat soluble vitamins (E, A, K, and I think D) together as they just
don't work well when put together.  At least that is what I can remember
and understood.  Also to watch for enough Iron.

If any of this info is incorrect, I am going by memory, and I have a
swiss chesse memory, let me or the list know.  All in all to use common
sense and how your body feels.
