I was diagnosed with Celiac two weeks ago.  I started the gluten-free
diet May 26th.  I am now having a great deal of trouble with milk???  I
don't understand, milk did not bother me this much before, if at all.
Skim milk alone seems to be OK but added to anything (cereal, tapioca
pudding, frozen yougart, etc...) is killing me.  I almost instantly
bloat right up with stomach pain and it doesn't go away for hours.
Today when I ate my homemake tapioca pudding I started getting bloating
and stomach pain but it feels like there is acid eating my stomach as
well???

Help, any ideas???!!!!
