<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hello, I forgot to mention in my post that I have already been tested by my doctor such fatigue causing nasties, such as hypothyrodism and anemia. I'm not sure about diabetes, because I don't know how that is diagnosed. Anyway, I got a lot of emails telling me to test for these. Also people suggested to stop drinking milk. I haven't drank milk on a constant basis for five years, and very rarely. I believe milk is very evil. I think this probably one of the reasons that I better than most people are with these problems. I stopped drinking milk before things got serious. People suggested less carbos, which I am working on. I admit this could be a problem. Other than that, the response varied from 2 weeks to six months for elimination of fatigue . . . and usually it is very gradual. I have found recently that sugar and coffee often bring me nausea symptoms of my duodenitis, so I have a feeling that these things are irritating the stomach, which certainly would not promote healing. Also people say that malaborpsation can still happen for some time to come. This really make sense to me. A couple people suggest B12 shots, but that is impractical for me in Poland -- I had a hard time just finding GF vitamins. Some people mentioned particularly fat soluable vitamins, since many celiac's have problems digesting fat. I've noticed that I have a difficult time digesting things like peanuts and potatoe chips if I eat more than small amount (I get nauseated). I've wondered if its the fat. lance
