Here are a few more illustrated exercises which embody strength, power and
fun - the essence of Paleo.

Go to www.evfit.com

and follow the link to _workout this month_

And from there the entries against September 2004:

# kettlebells (1) - me with the 24kg bell

# kettlebells (2) - Huw with the 32kg bell

# gravity boots - in an abs workout

# plate pullover.

Both the kettlebells and the plate pullover are very Paleo and resemble
grappling. The kettlebells also call on concentration and balance; every
swing is different.

I am shown stripped as hiding my body in a shirt and trackies misses the
point of evolutionary fitness. I don't think there's anything special
about my body - far from it: here I am, warts and all.

Happy workouts!

Keith
