Hi Celiacphiles!
My celiac daughter wants to know if Captain Crunch is gluten free other
than the oats. She does not seem to be adversely affected by oats (so far).
I was wondering if there are others like my daughter who can tolerate oats
and these sugary sweet cereals. I don't advise that she buys cereals often
or at all but she will anyway.

Veratrum alb is the remedy for gluten reactions plus L-glutamine tablets
and lentil stew! Thank you to all who responded to my question about this a
while back.
