Trader Joe's now carries a cookie that states on the label it is is an
"Italian style crunchy almond cookie" and the label also states that it
is gluten free. It is also dairy free which is nice to have since many
gluten free cookies have dairy (or are made in a dairy environment).
They are kosher under the Kof-K.

The ingredients are: almonds, evaporated cane juice (natural milled can
sugar), egg whites, corn starch, natural flavor.
