I received 6 responses to my question about gluten free antacids or what
to take when having a stomach problem and not knowing it's cause. One
person said Rolaids are gf, Tums and Maalox are not. One said use as
little antacid as possible , try Zantac, Pepsid PC or Prilosec. Another
said avod calcium carbonate.. another said Pepto Bismo tablets work.
Another uses papaya enzymes and another uses ascorboid. So take your
choice.
