Taco Bell is one of your safest bets for GF eating of fast food in my
opinion. I called Frito-Lay last December and they sent me a list of
their Gluten-Free products. Remember that the date of this list is
09/25/95 but here are the items that were specifically on the list:

TACO BELL brand Fat Free Refried Beans
TACO BELL brand Fat Free Refried Beans with Green Chilies
TACO BELL brand Salsa (Mild, Medium, Hot)
    TACO BELL brand Taco Shells
    TACO BELL brand Tortilla Chips

These items can be bought at the Grocery but are the products used in
    the chains.

I have four kids under the age of 9 so we end up at the golden arches a
lot. I usually run through the Taco Bell drive through on the way to
my kids home away from home so that I can eat as well. My Uncle is
also a Celiac and he told me about Taco Bell. It seems that there is
an item on the menu that is not GF. I will be seeing him on Thursday
so when I get into the office on Monday I will pass on the items that
he knows to not be GF.
