Thank you to all who replied to my question about Dairy Ease.  Here is a
short summary of what I received:

Several said it was gluten free.
Several said it was not gluten free.
Several gave me suggestion about what to do about my lactose intolerance.
Several gave me other web sites to go to for more information.
