I just tried some peanut M&M's last night and they didn't bother me a ALL!!! YAY!!!

I think what happened before is, I found out that the butcher that I go to for my meat, grinds his ground beef and bread to make his meatloaf in the same grinder that he grinds the beef for plain hamburger. (The way he cleans the grinder out is to run some beef through it, so the first batch of hamburger he grinds could, or is, glutened.) I think I was glutened from that because I am very careful and make my own meals and try to always get GF ingredients or call the companies to verify something that isn't marked GF, or contact the LIST. So, since I was sick for a while and I had been eating a lot of hamburger I think that was the culprit. (I will be getting my hamburger someplace else from now on.)

Thanks for all your help, and thank God for this list.
Linda in Pa.
