Hello having been diagnosed with CD over 2 1/2 years ago,I live a very
strict GF life,but have now discovered I appear to be intolerant to
nearly every grain,not just gluten.Is this possible?Will it be like this
forever?If so,what suggestions can you make for carbohydrates,,,,I am
also intolerant to potatoes.

Any help gratefully accepted
