The next meeting of the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group will be "The
Care and Feeding of your Bones: Osteoporosis Education and Prevention."

Sunday, September 22nd - 2:00 p.m.
Phelps Memorial Hospital - Auditorium
Sleepy Hollow, New York

The featured speakers are Shari Silverstein, RN, MS and Michelle Mosner, RD,
CDN from the New York State Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program
(NYSOPEP) at Helen Hayes Hospital, a leading resource in the field.

Shari is a Clinical Nursing Instructor with extensive experience in
osteoporosis as well as orthopedic and other medical-surgical subspecialties.
Michelle is a Registered Dietitian who has lectured extensively on
osteoporosis as well as health, fitness and nutrition. They will be
discussing osteoporosis with a focus on the problems facing people with
Celiac Disease. There will also be Q & A where you can raise specific
concerns.
