Dear Listmates,
We needed some gluten-free pita for a party at our home. Since gluten-free pita isn't readily available anywhere we shop locally for food it made sense to make it ourselves. I wish I could claim this recipe as my own. It is an adaptation of a recipe from Gluten-free and More. The result is very, very good pita.

If you this sounds like fun, just navigate to this website http://bit.ly/GFBake , view the section on breads, travel down to the small breads section and in the "P's" you'll find "Pita." It is also marked with a red >.
Please let me know if you have any questions or you run into trouble finding the web page. (Note: This is a new site, so if you are saving links they probably won't work any longer.)
