Hi...I have been reading this list for a while and really enjoy the
information. I am wondering about wheat grass. I have tried it and
found that it gives me a burst of energy, like I have more oxygen and
my head feels "clear". Anyway, I am still in the process of being
tested for CD (not yet diagnosed, not even sure if I have it) and was
wondering if wheatgrass is on any list as a food to avoid. I know
that it is the protein in the wheat grain - gluten- that is the
culprit but am not sure if this protein is present in any appreciable
about in the grass. I know that it does not give me a stomachache
like when I eat wheat or oats. Anyway, I would appreciate any
comments or information.

Thanks in advance,

Jennifer
