I've searched for a GF recipe for creamed chipped beef to serve over baked potatoes, but I can't seem to find even a wheat-based one.   I've bought Souffer's frozen entrees and it makes a good quick dinner for my non-celiac kids and husband, but I miss having it with them.  Anyone out there have a recipe?
