Thought you might be interested in discovering an excellent addition to the gluten free community -- The Gluten Free Bread Factory.  It's located in Sylvania, OH (a suburb of Toledo).

The baker, Kristen Palmer, is a real treasure.  Her breads, bread mixes, cakes, cookies, and pies, are the best, and so close to the "real thing" that I have to keep my husband (who is not a celiac) from eating my supply.
