Hi Listmates.
I have had quite a few queries about which country I am from, it is The
UK.
I have been onto Kellogs once again and they say that the malt in the
cornflakes and rice krispies are from a malted barley wash. Only the
tiniest amounts are used
in the flavouring. This will only affect you if you are super sensitive
to gluten.
If you have been eating them with no ill effects then you are okay to
continue them.
The Celiac society here say they are okay to eat and are classed as
gluten-free.
Hope this clarifies the situation. Also I have had a few people write
and say they have been eating them with no ill effects.
Good eating. Pat.
