I have been eating at the BLUE PLATE DINER in Middletown RI. It is located on Aquidneck Island, aka...Newport RI. If you let them know you have a gluten allergy, and ask them to cook your meal in a separate pan, they will! I have enjoyed many breakfast there. They cook the home fries, eggs and ham all together in a separate pan. The Greek omelet is delicious too! I haven't tried lunch/dinner, but I do plan to. Amanda and Cheryl are great waitresses, they work in the am.

Do not wish to be anything but what you are, and try to be that
perfectly.
