I just served my son some delicious gluten free spinach ricotta ravioli!  I
found it in the frozen foods section of the Whole Foods in West Hartford,
CT. It's by DePumas Pasta and comes in three flavors:

   - Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
   - Three Cheese Tortellini
   - Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Their website is www.depumaspasta.com It's pricey, of course, (because
making it is so labor-intensive) but for a special treat it really was
wonderful!

I have no financial interest in this company. I'm just so happy to be able
to give my son ravioli that I didn't have to roll out and stuff myself!
