We did make it to Asheville NC finally and wanted to thank all of you who suggested we eat at Posano's. O M G. Is the only thing i can say. We got there early on a Sunday evening and could walk right in with no reservations. They gave us the menu and I told them I was celiac and the waiter smiled and said, "well, you have come to the right place. You can eat everything here".. We started out with the Farmers Salad.. and had the BBQ'd Trout with Cheese Grits and then for dessert had the lemon cheesecake on a biscotti crunch with blueberries.. I think I giggled all through dinner ( and it wasn't just the wine ) If you are in the area make SURE you eat here. When and if we go back this is on our to do list. The wait staff is wonderful and the food is out of this world !
Thank you to all who suggested it!

Kris M.
