Hi list:

I noticed alot of talk regarding hamburger and general buns. Someone
posted a recipe for buns, approx. 2 years ago that I have been using.
It's the only recipe I use, and it is so easy and no yeast, don't
have to be bothered with risings and punching down etc.!! And they
are delicious, everywhere I go when I have to bring my own bun,
everyone comments on how good they look.

If enough people request it, I will post it probably tomorrow.
I mean, they are not equal to the good ole fashioned Gluten buns I
use to enjoy with my hamburgers, but they're a good substitute I
feel, for me anyway, and I'm really picky. As with all our bread
products, I do microwave the bun before, just to get it nice and
soft. I use them for everything, sandwiches, hamburgers, I mold them
a certain way to make hot dog buns, I use them to make my own Egg
McMuffin. I do have rings that I use to give them a nice round
appearance. I had my father cut an apple juice can into about inch
thick pieces, I got 6 rings out of it, perfect.

If anyone is interested I will post it.
