We are thinking of taking a western Mediterranean cruise this summer.  I
have several questions:

Does anyone have experience with RCL or NCL?  If so, please let me know how
they did and any tips.

We will be in the following areas, any tips on dining in the actual port
city?

Spain -Barcelona
Italy - Naples, Rome, Florence
France - Nice, Marseilles, and Cannes
Malta - Valletta
