Greetings, Fellow Celiacs!

My big question is KOJEL Instant Pudding and Pie Filling (Chocolate and
Vanilla): these are just in at our local Harris-Teeter, for Passover, and
are labled KOSHER FOR PASSOVER. Ingredients: Sugar, modified food starch,
cocoa (dutch process), tetra-sodium pyrophosphate disodium phosphate,
vanillin (artificial flavor). The telephone number listed for the company
does not answer, and I am "biting at the bit" to try these puddings! Can
any good Jewish celiac help me here????

Also, the Kozy Shack puddings are indeed a find! I was dismayed, however,
that the "Flan" was not labeled "GLUTEN FREE". I just e-mailed the company
to determine whether it, too, is safe for us to eat.

Further, I was delighted to read the recent e-mail from Royal about their
puddings. When I called a couple of weeks ago, the poor gal had no idea
what planet I was on and had no one there to check with!

I am not a Pudding Freak, but there are many instances when you need a dry
mix to use with another recipe!

Thank you all for your care, concern, and continued support of one another.

Good Health & Good Eating!
