The case involving Paul Seelig of Great Specialty Products has gone to 
trial in Raleigh, NC.  Seelig was arrested and charged with fraud last 
year selling contaminated bread labeled as gluten free at the NC State 
Fair Grounds. Details are in the news article link below.
