There is a good looking cookie recipe in the Holiday Cookbook section of the
November Cooking Light magazine. The cookies are called Amaretti. I am not
sure of the status of Amaretto, though there are a couple of messages in the
archives that indicate it is gf. If anyone has confirmed this lately, these
sound like a good holiday cookie.
