I'd love to know more about this and I think it's an excellent question that
should be discussed by those of us who were symptom free for many years. In
my case I had some symptoms, ie, weight loss and diarreah at age 45. They
went away in a few months and I resumed eating gluten daily until 15 yeras
later when they reappeared big time at age 60 and quickly went away with a GF
diet four months ago with only a blood test for diagnosis.

How could I go all those years without anything other than IBS. I never had
problems as a child that I know of. I'd like to hear and summarize from
anyone else that falls in the category of having what appears to be
transitional gluten-intolerance. Will summarize.
