Due to serious illness in the family we may ned to make a hasty trip fom
upstate NY to Lakeland Fla. We are not travelers and the thought of
planning several days food to eat in the car as well as trying to find
someplace to buy gf food in a strange place seems overwhelming. We
seldom eat out anyway and with the worry of a gluten accident out
of town is daunting. The family is doing a lot of grabbing food at the
hospital cafeteria and eating out and I don't want to be a wet blanket.
Any sugggestions would be appreciated. My son is also lactose intolerant
and must limit corn. I am concerned that the foods I know are safe to
buy in the stores here may not be available in Fla and won't have the
time to do the call and check thing down there. Thanks in advance.
