The latest copy of the Celiac Foundation newsletter (page 5) proclaims May
as the new designated month for CD awareness.  CSA/USA, Inc. is still
(according to their email to me) observing October as the official month.

Anyone know who designates which months and whether May or October is
official?  I need to know for our newsletter.
