Beth Hillson, a celiac, is the owner and recipe developer.  Her mixes,
especially, the Favorite White Bread, have just been a godsend for this busy
Mom.  We even made it into Challah for Rosh Hashonah last year.  She also has
cake, muffins, bagels!, teabreads and cookies.  Plus, she is a delightful and
informed person.   She is extremely careful about the manufacturing process.
