All his blood work for sprue was normal including the albumin(protein) .  The
doc said despite all his pooping he retains the nutrients.

Maybe it is just a milk allergy???  Maybe he is still ciliac and won't show
up in blood.  He has an endo with a flex sig scheduleded in future.  Maybe it
is endocrine related?

Anyone else have negative blood work and a positive endoscopy??
