Thank you all for your replies to my inquiry.  Saw my primary care physician this morning who found I did have a severe sinus infection.  She is making me an appointment with a neurologist (same one I saw 2 years ago) for another work up just to be sure.  My PCP also thinks it may be a form of migraine headache.  I had a B-12 injection to see if that will help the tingling and numbness.  I also have an appointment with an ophthalmologist the Tuesday after labor day.

I will write a summary after my appointments, hopefully, I will have a clear answer at that time.
