Does anyone know if the glaze included with Ridge Creek Spiral sliced ham from 
Sams Club is gluten free?

The ingredient list appears to be okay, except that it says maltodextrin.  I 
recently read on this list that many food products containing maltodextrin as an 
ingredient, have been processed with maltodextrin from various countries in 
Europe which may not be gluten free.

This list is always great in helping us celiac people.   Thanks everyone.
